Club History

Indian Riders Motorcycle Club was founded in 1992. It was formed by a group of Indian enthusiasts as a self help club with no officials, only a voluntary secretary to take care of the day to day running of the club.

Later as the club grew we started a magazine to keep everyone in touch with the happenings in the Indian world.

We are a mixed bunch of dedicated male and female riders, many of whom are engineers and mechanics who manufacture parts and provide services to help keep the bikes on the road.

Over the years we have maintained our informality. We now have approximately 200 members throughout England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland and even worldwide. We are not a profit making organisation and hold and attend many events throughout the year.

2003 saw our first venture in helping a charity and we produced our now famous bare-bummed calendar in aid of Cystic Fibrosis.  We have since continued in this vein and adopted Cystic Fibrosis as our chosen charity, with many rally raffles and auctions raising further donations.

We welcome all new members who have an interest in the Indian Motocycle.

Visit our Membership page for details if you are interested in joining the club.
